TOONIE TUESDAY: SMALL CHANGE, BIG IMPACT! SHARELIFE CAMPAIGN 2025

 

 OLR’s “Toonie Tuesday: Small Change, Big Impact!” campaign for SHARELIFE takes place on Tuesday, April, 8th, 2025.

The class that brings in the most money will have an extra DPA at the end of the day to be selected by the classroom teacher. Luke 4:18 teachers will supervise during that extra period.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MARCH & APRIL 2025 AT OLR

OLR students and staff members celebrated World Autism Day On Wednesday, April 2nd by wearing Blue. Our inspiring slogan was “Light It Up Blue.”  One highlight was Ms. S. Guida and Ms. S. Marinelli’s students  enjoying a 1 kilometre walk  with other homeroom classes walking as as well with their teachers.

As a Catholic community, we are united in faith and prayer, especially in times of need. Frank Cardinal Leo, Archbishop of Toronto, has asked the faithful to join him in prayer for Pope Francis, who has been hospitalized at Gemelli Hospital in Rome since February 14, 2025. His Holiness is currently suffering from pneumonia and mild kidney failure.
