Tuesday, March 21, 2023 marks World Down Syndrome Day. This is a global day that is dedicated to elevating awareness and celebrating the “differences and the ABILITIES of people with Down syndrome” in our school community. At OLR, students and staff will be engaged in a variety of activities, learning experiences and stories which explain more about this genetic condition and highlight the gifts and abilities of people with Down syndrome!
Please join our school community in celebrating this day by “wearing your mismatched socks to celebrate how differences can be beautiful” as OLR is having a #RockYourSocks day on March 21st!
